- We're back with a pre season friendly as we build up to the @premierleague return. We did a @nikefootball giveaway last time and now we have a couple of @watfordfcofficial Goalkeeper training tops.
A bit of footy, then into the gym for a work out on @Zwift on the @tacx Neo to work up a sweat! Then onto @coluofficial the following day and a chat with Domingos Quina, who was on loan last season at Granada in @LaLiga and there's a cheeky rumor of @FCBarcelona

I hurt my thumb making a save, 4 weeks later. Still hurt. Turns out, I fractured the scaphoid bone in my wrist 😂. Can’t wait to get back in between the sticks. Really miss it
