Acc I'm ngl this is a pretty good video But I do have some criticisms Deleting won't solve anything, doing other activities will. Shaving your hair to show you changed is a shallow approach, something better to do is to actually start making a change. But I don't see you mention starting anything productive? You mention weightlifting and martial arts, but where do I go from there...? You could have mentioned things like getting work experience, building your portfolio or starting on a game.
I agree with you. The first step to making a change is becoming someone with the power to make a change in their lives, that why I said to shave your head. It's not necessarily proving to others that you've changed, more just a constant reminder that you are no longer the person that you were before, so you don't do the same things as your previous self. I personally think that martial arts and weightlifting are productive since they are the foundation of a good mental health, and once you have a good mental health the world is at your fingertips. Either way, thank you for the criticism brother, it really helps me out a ton. I'll do better next time 💪
