she is amazing and his great.....imagine being the child of these two playing a brass instrument...u know what that is?.....its just not fair is what it is!...this was great
Great playing by both musicians of a fine composition that makes demands of the players without having to rely upon unorthodox sounds of the instruments--other than the extended range. Tim probably chose bass tuba for clarity's sake (and because he CAN play that low range on bass tuba), but I'd rather hear the full warmth of a contrabass tuba which would highlight the contrast between the two voices.
Just got a link to this from the Warwick Music website... amazing piece. Doubt I'll ever be able to play it myself (I'm a trombonist) but still phenomenally written.
I personally found this to be a very musical performance, especially around 1:25 with the soaring trombone lines, which was countered by an appropriate mix of death tuba and virtuosic low register playing.
That woman can play! The ease with which she played the high notes was amazing.
Damn, I wish I could hear more recordings of Tim Buzbee! This guy registers on the richter scale everytime he smacks a pedal note right-side up!

Very good!!!! Please, where can I buy this song? I want to buy digital score, because I lived far away, it took me a long time to get to my country.
Damn this is some sexy playing by both of them. And where does she get away playing with tone like that? It's ridiculous!!
They've got four of five kids together already...I bet the kids grow up to never touch a horn!
