Ingredients
2 Tins evaporated milk
3 Cups whole milk
1 Cinnamon stick
5 Cloves
1/2 Tsp vanilla essence
1/2 Tsp nutmeg
2 Cups white sugar
3 Tbs custard powder
1 Cup heavy cream
1/4 Cup water
This recipe makes one dozen icicle

U can use all cow milk as you guys get the best in Guyana, I used the heavy cream bec the cow milk we have over is so water down
