Ivy the Australian Cobberdog - 3 Weeks Residential Dog Training

Ivy the Australian Cobberdog has completed her 3 week residential stay with us
Ivy was the perfect house guest and a delight to have come to stay for training whilst her owners were on holiday
Her owners found that she was a picky eater and wasn't interested in food for training, so they struggled to progress beyond the basics
Over the past 3 weeks, we've helped Ivy to LOVE training and she is now happily motivated by food and fuss as rewards. She can recall away from other dogs and responds to an emergency stop cue when she gets too far ahead. She will now wait at road sides instead of losing interest and trying to wonder off and is more engaged and responsive to cues around distractions
We've loved having Ivy here for training and look forward to working with her owners to ensure they can replicate the training weve started here

I really need help with my long hair dachshund... he’s almost 2 years old. Is he to old now? We were with trainers for 6 months and he learned practically nothing!!!
