Oh My God!, she is so knowledgeable! I belong to the fort Kochi/ Mattanchery Gujarati community and when I moved to Kenya is when I realised that my kitchen was nothing like a typical Gujarati kitchen, my cuisine has such a huge influence of my spice Kerala heritage.
