Today, 30/8/2024( Friday) I went to selfie tea , in lulu mall, Edapally for a Lemon tea (without), a cream bun, a veg cutlet,and a bottle of mineral water. There were 4 staff ( 3 male & 1 female).The female staff was at the counter to take orders and bill up the amount.Though I waited for quite a long time she was deeply involved in chatting with her colleagues. In their playfullness she found me as a disturbance and started grumbling meaningless. Though I repeated my orders twice she was not able to concentrate as she didn't want an interruption in the chat with her colleagues. Finally the third time she some how found sometime for my 'silly' orders and said ₹ 101. I paid via g pay the amount (₹101) suddenly she said it is ₹ 105. I said the lady the amount , said by you was ₹101.Then she got nervous and started arguing that I tried to skip the payment o f₹ 4,deliberately to hide her absent mindedness. She doesn't know how to deal with the customers and an utter waste to the firm. She is the one and only rotten Apple in the basket , that may spoil the entire system. I swear you authorities, if you don't cut and throw that rotten piece away it will wash off your credibility and dignity.All of you who go through this review can see this lady staff in the photo in the left hand side 3rd photo, 1st column. She is the personification of terrible ego, nasty arrogance, and ferociousness. She looks cruel and scary in her behaviour. Didn't you get a calm , polite, customer friendly lady staff instead. Really is she your choice or you are forced to bear her, I really pity on you for your choice. You face this scarcity for a right staff!! NOTE: The above mentioned lady staff grumbling at me with extreme violence, but at a point as she noticed some body making video she started grinning and proved that she is a tricky lady too. Any way dear authority a 'fine' piece of choice you made.

I wish people could actually be like this! This video exudes the vibe of someone faking it to be a pretty glamorous profession when it is not in India! As an entry-level chef, one faces a lot of unsolicited unprofessional behavior from their superiors. There is a lot of shit that goes down. No matter how well you try to glamorize it, it is probably one of the worst professions to take up in India as it's highly underpaid, full of unhealthy expectations, and has the worst life balance. Save yourself by not doing it! The ugly truth, only some people are going to be able to make it big in this industry! Bye y'all loseers!
