I wish getting one's money from NAPSA was as simple as they say. It is hard. I don't have to come into the NAPSA offices to get my money. I am supposed to do everything online and get a date when my money will be deposited into my account. It's either I qualify or not. Until such a standard is reached, it will continue to be chasing after the wind. Even with the NPF money we are still being given a run around.
