At the time, I did not declare my jewellery in "goods to follow". I am planning to return to Canada and settle permanently this year (2021) - how do I go about carrying and declaring my jewellery now? Will there be a limit on the amount I can carry worth?

I mean if it contains the article name, its weight and the current value in rupee on the letter head of that jeweller and is signed by him than is it ok. Does anything else is needed on this report. Kindly let me know soon.

It is important to get it evauluated by the jweller. Can we not write the approximate amount of its value??
It must be evaluated and stamped by the jeweler or you ahould have receipts
