What is LOVE? I see LOVE between them, not physically but spiritually, and this is the way we should LOVE. LOVE just like a piece of music, we play our own part and they play their own parts at first. Once we met, we cooperate to create a song, a LOVE SONG, it doesn't matter if it's friendship, partnership or with family members.... In their music, none of them were trying to control or staying back for doing nothing, they COOPERATE and FEEL. LOVE allows us to play our own part being ourself, while letting others to play their parts too. FEAR tear us apart and wanted us try to take over or stay back. Blessing

Your last saying is saying fear tries to hold back a relationship from growing, however if you just let your relationship do whatever they want, you are not Love. All of them really help and I am very grateful to be on this path and to be supported by the world and myself even when things seem like the opposite. @@sacredrootnomad6582 lately I've been struggling with my high stress symptoms which are debilitating, everything around me becomes so strange, I feel weird, I feel intense fear and tight muscles all the time, I can't breathe as supposed to, it is like hell. I found these guys yesterday and I felt a release after listening to their music, it's so soothing. I try to eat healthy as much as I can as it can impact the stress symptoms, but there are times when it goes crazy on me. I also meditate, but never tried ayurveda medicine though, is it really helpful?
