Always different than the title or picture. i learned to not click on it and instead put my curser over the video and it will play without actually opening it and you can see if the content actually matches the title and the picture posted. 2.78 subscribers isn't that many so that says a lot about this channel. The person posting it is trying to get views by luring people in with false titles or still pictures on it to get you to click.
