- Can't believe we finally get to call Los Angeles our second home. Spending our time between LA and Miami is like having the best of both worlds. But first... we have lots of unpacking and organizing to do! I'm bringing you with me on this whole journey, plus a little roadtrip to Newport Beach, lunch at Il Pastaio, and sharing lots of home decor updates. I thought people are moving out of California? All the politics, taxes, crime, etc. It’s nice to see that LA is not as bad as people have said it is. ❤ Much love and luck for your future!
It’s really is bad , but for some reason the media doesn’t really talk about it, I’ve been living here all my life, and it’s becoming a shit show, and that’s thanks to our dirty/corrupted politicians
@@creek1903 yea my husband moved to the east coast and so did my godsister and her husband. All my husbands friends and family are in LA still and they are looking to move to Texas. Everyone has told me they hate it, but the weather is nice!
It is bad but if your rich and can afford the nice areas it’s not that bad. I live in California near the beach and it’s fine where I’m at
It has it’s issues, just like anywhere else. I think people like to magnify them, while not talking about others. I can’t see myself living anywhere else. Beautiful landscape, decent weather year around, and always so much to do.
Many people live in LA esp rich people because it is to name drop Beverly Hills. It's for status and looks. I live very close and I have been raised here, it is one of the ugliest and most dangerous cities. Seattle and Dallas has a more beautiful downtown.
Congrats on your move! the house and everything in it is stunning! I'm so glad you're back, I missed you 🥰 and so excited for you to incorporate plants in your environment, I remember when I started my journey, never thought I had a green thumb but after many trials and errors I am a proud plant momma, there were moments were I was overwhelmed and sometimes its inevitable for some to die, not going to lie it feels sad but you learn and get better. I can recommend some beautiful low maintenance for indoor/outdoor like pothos, aloe (which i love btw) also I'm working on starting my own live pantry, so far I have a pineapple plant, a tomato one, sage, spearmint, rosemary, and i even had avocados in Florida before moving to Indiana last year, anyway, I'm excited for you and looking forward to seeing your journey 🥰

Ahhh hope you guys love LA!! If you want some good spots for sushi/asian food id suggest Crazy Rockn Sushi in Gardena, Kabuki(they have multiple locations), Din Tai Fung(good Chinese food), Triple T(amazing thai food), and Sun Nong Dan(Korean food). Theyre all really good, local places I recommend to everyone visiting/moving to LA.

Lovee what you said about connecting with fellow business owners & helping each other! I found it hard to find other people that do what i do - do you have any tips on how to meet these people?
It can be challenging but things that have helped me is just putting myself out there more by talking to strangers, going to events/conferences, and also not being shy to use my network to ask for introductions if someone knows somebody that I want to spark a conversation with. Hope that helps 😊

Word of caution, as an animal lover, please do not drive with your pet on your lap - very dangerous.
I believe you shouldn't have moved out from that Miami condo with the beach view.. I don't think you will ever find peace anymore. What is next moving back to NYC?!! You should of have been gtreatful for that condo. Now a never ending search for peace
