    Is it possible to get thyroid under control when I have hashimoto's disease, Einstein barr, fibromyalgia, chronic pain syndrome, interstial cystitis, history of ankylosing spondilitis in remission now. I take great care of myself, strict diet, and use herbal remedies. And everything you described on this video is going on with me. Why? I am not a smoker or drinker of alcohol. Is there hope for me?

      Just make sure she stays away from sea weed or other foods high in iodine. While iodine is good for hypothyroidism, it is detrimental with Graves. I took it and ended up in hospital 😮. Unfortunately he did not make this clear enough. All the other things he listed are great. I hope your daughter will get better soon. Never ever believe that it cannot be fixed, and do not give in when the doctors want to convince her to get her thyroid removed or have radio iodine treatment.

    I eliminated EVERYTHING in this video.....and even more because I also reacted to all nuts, all beans, all seeds.
    It is soooo hard. B U T......feeling well is such an incredible gift. It is worth everything.
    ALL GRAINS were destroying my health. Gluten was hell!!!. But also Rice and Buckwheat where things I was clearly reacting to.
    ONLY when I accepted the fact that I can NEVER eat GRAINS again.......I was able to heal.
    Now I feel soooooooooooooooooooo much better and I wish I had done this before
    Please.....start now.......eliminate all the grains and see how much better your energy and your mood and your wellbeing becomes.
    I wish someone had told me this VERY CLEAR many many years ago.
    I had eliminated all dairy and soy many many years ago......but in addition I could not heal as long as I still was eating gluten-free grains, believing erroneously that I could tolerate them. My thyroid does not care about gluten or glutenfree. My thyroid hates ALL grains and legumes and nuts and seeds. And I accept that now.

    • @jajajajaja357
      @jajajajaja357 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ganeshphad1432 NO. Because they are absolutely not reliable. Some bodies are immunologically so exhausted that they are not able to produce the antibodies that would give indications. I tested on myself for 20 years now and again and again and again.......I feel so bad when I eat these foods and I feel absolutely fine when I omit them. Turns out they ALL are on the list of the AUTOIMMUNE PROTOCOL DIET. So it really is no wonder I react to all of them....as autoimmune patients usually do. But I did not know this AUTOIMMUNE PROTOCOL back then....so I had to find out by trial and error.....and man did I find out....the hard way.
