great videos man these are some nice little tricks and lines here. i like how you take things away from the obvious route when you put a lot of your lines together. reminds me of what i was like with skate 2 :P i guess i never saw skate 3 as still having those kinds of opportunities. you have proved me wrong
I was actually looking forward to watching the video when I heard the very start of the song thinking it was Leper Messiah by Metallica only to be disappointed when it was only a sample.
yeah i agree, when i had the time and arguably more interest around when skate 2 came out, i did a lot of recording and it was rare that i did anything outside of a line or at least a "long" trick (big gap in's etc.), barring hippy flips, of course, ive always envied people who have the patience and skill to get a hippy flip as part of a line, of course a hippy flip then just kickflipping off a kicker kinda subtracts from the HF :P
Lol everyone' tripping saying that they can do the same tricks... Well anyone can but the creativity that made this guy do the tricks is amazing!!!!! I never thought of skating those spots
thank you, i always feel that the tricks are better in a line. some tricks are easy by themselves, but linking up tricks with consistency takes some effort.
@THEeuanRatley i definitely like the trucks to be loose, i like the steering better like that, and i like the wheels kinda hard so you can powerslide easily, i'm not totally sure on how much difference they make on your ability to land stuff, but it effects turning and powerslides a lot
man, you are so good. this is probebly the best skate 3 vid ive seen. I wish I could play the game as good as this man. do some gameplay in the dlc areas if u haven't already
the reason skate games are WAY better than Tony Hawk games, is becaue the skate challenges and goals are all about skating and doing tricks to get scores, but in tony hawk games the challenges are about different things that have no relation to skateboarding, plus skate controls are more realistic, thumbs up if you agree.
its called "the heartbeat of altamonte". it can be listened to on my soundcloud page. there is a link for soundcloud on my channel. i also have a brand new album out now available on ITunes, Amazon, spotify. check it out, its called "don't think too much and entertain us" by Audible Impossible. thanks for watching.
yes, as a matter of fact, the first song in this video has turned out to be my all time most hated song. its actually interesting to me now how much people hate it. i've been a musician for most of my life and have had generally favorable responses to most of the things i've been involved with. but this song is certainly the exception, it has generated the most universal hate i have ever received. it has certainly been a humbling experience and a lesson on how to handle criticism.
i didnt use a capture card, its just an analog video cable running from my xbox to computer through a makeshift video interface. thats why the quality is a little fuzzy on this series. i upload my clips now and make videos in high def. they look way better.
i am working on a hardcore montage now and will probably be done in the next few months. i don't have tons of time to work on them so they take a while.
thank you, i don't make a lot of hip hop. i do have a brand new album available on itunes, amazon, etc. its called Audible Impossible "Don't Think Too Much And Entertain Us"
that is a really old song of mine called "the heartbeat of altamonte". it was a two part song and that section is the second half. i don't do a lot of hip hop but occasionally i mess around. check out my soundcloud page for more music. the link is on my channel homepage.

the song suck
I was actually looking forward to watching the video when I heard the very start of the song thinking it was Leper Messiah by Metallica only to be disappointed when it was only a sample.
I appreciate that he is not using glitches and doing ridiculous tricks, but is doing things that you would see in real life.
I haven't thought of some of these gaps so I'm impressed and you found these in the first couple months
I love how creative people was back in the day, now it’s all about tricklining. :/
Gj man! Really clean stuff
yeah i agree, when i had the time and arguably more interest around when skate 2 came out, i did a lot of recording and it was rare that i did anything outside of a line or at least a "long" trick (big gap in's etc.), barring hippy flips, of course, ive always envied people who have the patience and skill to get a hippy flip as part of a line, of course a hippy flip then just kickflipping off a kicker kinda subtracts from the HF :P
awesome montage i like it alot you did a nice job keep the montages coming
Lol everyone' tripping saying that they can do the same tricks... Well anyone can but the creativity that made this guy do the tricks is amazing!!!!! I never thought of skating those spots
The most dipped back smith at 6:00, dope !
This is inspiration for me to get better at skating. In-game and in real life.
7:50 those trees will getcha but good vid u will be a good player
I died laughing at 3:44 xDD and something similar happened to me haha, nice vid btw :3
keep up the vids! even 6 years later. they are dope man
Now 12 years ago
Blunt slides, blunt slides everywhere
blunts and noseblunts are so cool looking.
fuck, finally someone on skate with style, so glad to see someone who is not rocking a yellow board doing backflips on a blue custom megapark.
Really sick montage
Love these videos. No frills. Just nice, realistic but difficult lines and solid camerawork. Keep them coming!
Your bluntslides are clean as hell
thank you, i always feel that the tricks are better in a line. some tricks are easy by themselves, but linking up tricks with consistency takes some effort.
And this kids is why we have video games. To make us think we can do crazy and amazing this when we really can't
the industrial section
BEAST MODE!!!!!!!
VICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
alright after seeing only 2 parts, i subbed
So nice and good love the song
@THEeuanRatley i definitely like the trucks to be loose, i like the steering better like that, and i like the wheels kinda hard so you can powerslide easily, i'm not totally sure on how much difference they make on your ability to land stuff, but it effects turning and powerslides a lot
ur skater looks like reynolds with the way he wears that hat
you are amazing dude !!!!!!!!
0:47 that takes skill,congrats
Dude you are really good.
Sweet! :)
man, you are so good. this is probebly the best skate 3 vid ive seen. I wish I could play the game as good as this man. do some gameplay in the dlc areas if u haven't already
damn bro so sick
even though i know bluntsides are hard i still think you should have more variety otherwise really good vid
great video you should make a part 3
i remember reading really hard stuff
I miss Slappy. All they gave him was a car lot. =(
just balance the right stick before you land, midway between center and fully down for a regular and midway between center and fully up for nose.
i lov grinding it just feels good and vert is good to get high points
sick!
make part 3!
Sick your E-P-i-C
@audibleimpossible it should make landing harder. loose trucks make landing hard anyway but with hard wheels it'll slide out alot easier
sick darkslide
It would have been radder if you did a big spin out of that back tail at 3:05, still tight though
this game is so addicting!!!
Every trick he did in every episode i did too, thanks for the challenge :P
the reason skate games are WAY better than Tony Hawk games, is becaue the skate challenges and goals are all about skating and doing tricks to get scores, but in tony hawk games the challenges are about different things that have no relation to skateboarding, plus skate controls are more realistic, thumbs up if you agree.
3:44 hilarious
Hey have you ever thought of ever making a montage on hardcore because I'd think it would be sweet!!!
i just bought this game because of you
Its my favourite video of Skate 3! ;)
its called "the heartbeat of altamonte". it can be listened to on my soundcloud page. there is a link for soundcloud on my channel. i also have a brand new album out now available on ITunes, Amazon, spotify. check it out, its called "don't think too much and entertain us" by Audible Impossible. thanks for watching.
the second song soubds like something asap rocky would do
I wonder, what's your favorite grind? IRL, I mean. I'm rather partial to Crooked, Salad, Smith... all of the angle grinds.
i like first line :)
at 3:34 he's like oh yea im the shit and then he just gets destroyed by the curb
@azza4328 it's called "the heartbeat of altamonte" by Audible Impossible
Video is cool but the music is not good
I mean your tricks is tight
You're a pro at nose manuals bro
3:44 always happens lmao
@Slipknotn33 i wish they would make a 4th one, and that's a great idea to be able to smash your board
yes, as a matter of fact, the first song in this video has turned out to be my all time most hated song. its actually interesting to me now how much people hate it. i've been a musician for most of my life and have had generally favorable responses to most of the things i've been involved with. but this song is certainly the exception, it has generated the most universal hate i have ever received. it has certainly been a humbling experience and a lesson on how to handle criticism.
@xxxUnseenSoulxxx sure thing man, where do u want me to do it at? it's easy on the mega ramps. i could probably do a quad kickflip 900.
damn sun
All u guys r haters and I'll bet most of u can't do this stuff this is a great video
ouuch! at 4:45 xD
You vid is tight
Next step real life
you sure do like blunt slides lol
Saw someone do that last trick perfectly down my street.
What the fuck is this music. Great skating but the music ruins the whole thing
it's an old song of mine called "the heartbeat of altamonte"
i didnt use a capture card, its just an analog video cable running from my xbox to computer through a makeshift video interface. thats why the quality is a little fuzzy on this series. i upload my clips now and make videos in high def. they look way better.
i am working on a hardcore montage now and will probably be done in the next few months. i don't have tons of time to work on them so they take a while.
subbed cuz i play skate 3
thank you, i have realistic/hardcore videos on my channel, this video is in normal/arcade
Blunts everywhere
@skate1206 i just ran with the board in hand and threw it down right before the blocks. running is a great way to get speed on flat ground areas.
80% of what you've done is unrealist ... And you make blunts evertime, be more various =D
i was happy i thought metallica would play :(
If we could play online it would be really epic ^^
But PS3 and xBox 360 can´t connect :(
Worst trend ever: Mongo. Worst trick ever: Varial Kickflip. Good job.
3:44 LOL
But blunts just look so good....
This has probably been asked already, but what capture card do you use?
sure all spot is waxed...
thank you, i don't make a lot of hip hop. i do have a brand new album available on itunes, amazon, etc. its called Audible Impossible "Don't Think Too Much And Entertain Us"
You're boss
This should've been called, "Hard Tricks for People Who Dont Know How To Play On Hardcore Like Me"
its actually me singing. i do everything for all the songs in this video. i make a lot of different music in my free time.
That's in San Francisco Bay Area that weird rounds ledge thing
Good for u u learned to Ollie
yeah, this was early in my video production days and my directing got better through later videos. check out my more recent videos
@cookiewookienerd not in part 2, they didn't add it till skate 3, hopefully skate 4 will have casper flips and slides and ollie impossibles.
@lesclaypaul thanks man, yeah, the blunts and tails are awesome....
that is a really old song of mine called "the heartbeat of altamonte". it was a two part song and that section is the second half. i don't do a lot of hip hop but occasionally i mess around. check out my soundcloud page for more music. the link is on my channel homepage.
