A man who REALLY has money like that, doesn't have to be on Tinder. He has enough money to pay a matchmaker to find exactly what he wants!!! In all honesty and as a female, I do believe that a lot of women continue to buy into the false fantasy of love, which may include the guy having deep pockets, dressing well and flying in private planes. He was definitely too good to be true.

My ex wife and I were together 6 years (no children per her medical condition)......after the first 6 months she enrolled at the university, achieved her Bachelors, and then went and achieved her Masters degree. During this time I supported us financially as I have my own small business. About 2 months after receiving her degree, I caught her having an affair.......and it was with a guy I thought was a friend. Before I could barely comprehend what had happened......I was hit with the divorce papers. Keep in mind.....I never cheated on her, never physically or verbally abused her, and always provided everything we needed.....including her college education.
So she cheated on me, used me for a college education plus every other fucking thing she needed in life.......for 6 years......and guess who is shelling out monthly payments to her........my stupid ass.
I was used, crushed into the turf emotionally, and lied to at the highest level. But.......it was me who willingly believed this person. Nothing was forced.
My question is.............will people be willing to help me recover the hundreds of thousands that I was swindled out of?
    NOPE

    • @Alnivol666
      @Alnivol666 2 ปีที่แล้ว

That is the ridiculousness of Western cultre at the moment. On one hand we keep talking about how women should be equal to men. Keep saying they are strong and independent. On the other hand, when divorce come around the law lets them benefit from the former husband's financial situation as if they are retarded human beings incapable of earning a living by themselves. A contract has been broken. You don't get to benefit from your husband's income anymore. Just like in a work contract, when you leave your employer, you don't get to earn the same salary that you were used to.
I don't get how the law is so childish in this regard. It is like saying that as a man you were used to having sex 2-3 times a week before you got divorced so now after the divorce you get to have at least 1 time per week sex with your ex because that is the minimum that you should receive because you were used to the periodical sex. What the courts do is basically financial rape. A woman should not have any access to her ex husbands income. NONE. You want out, you are out. Simple as that. You are an adult. You figure shit out.

Both Cecille and Pernilla are making shit load of money off of this which is ridiculous. They should pay for their own stupidity but here is society paying for them. Men get money stolen from them through the court systems every fricking day by so called independent women who when they were together with them there was no idea of 50-50. The moment they divorce suddenly they want half of what he's got. And nobody is updating the court system to reflect all this equality talk about female empowerment and such. We have a legal system that is a legacy of the old patriarchal arrangement when women could not join the work force. Today there is no excuse for what is happening. You break up, you are alone to deal with your life. Nobody should be still paying for you just like your ex does not have the right to come every once in a while and f**k you. Blaming the victims again. What an ignorant! So easy to just judge people as 'gold diggers'. The truth is people always want to have a better life, ideal boyfriend anything perpetuated by romance movies or fairytales. Nothin's wrong with that ideal to live in lavish lifestyles. Consumerism has always been promoted anywhere. But remember at the end of the day, no gold diggers gave out that amount of money to help their lover or friend. Gold diggers would leave. You can't even understand the difference as they enjoyed the lavish lifestyle shoved to them on a platter by Simon, while Simon swindled them, scammed them, and tapped into their vulnerability to give him money. The BIG difference is these women were manipulated, gaslighted, coerced into giving money while he didn't get manipulated. He is a fraud. End of story.

@@meanderingcath It's not victim blaming to hold people accountable for their choices. He asked for money, they said yes. He didn't force them, they didn't have to say yes. They chose to, plain and simple. I just watched another interview Cecile did and she said he asked to use her credit card for a few months and she said yes. How does someone coerce you into using your credit card? No amount of vulnerability can make you give someone you just met your credit card, let alone go to the bank and get loans for them. No matter how much they lied or acted like they loved you. These women made stupid choices. End of story.

@@DavidKen878 falling in love makes someone vulnerable, especially when he made constant effort to be their lover, their friend, listening to their stories and making himself a special part of their lives and vice versa. The man knows what he's doing, exploiting their loneliness, ideals etc. Coercion happens when he then planted his fear, his crazy make-believe stories about his enemies, and as these women had established this good faith in him, felt willing and compelled to help, but not out of real situations but smokes he conjured up. Also, he added stress with voicenotes, blood pictures etc. In normal circumstances, these women wouldn't have just believed, but this is not something we just see out of a spectrum and label them as stupid gold diggers. Instead of judging this Simon person as a fraud, labelling these women golddiggers is one umbrella term and an act of ignorance, dismissing all the process and emotions they had poured into. I believe not everyone falls for such scams, and not every woman is that strong to say no and yes I have seen a close friend of mind fall in love on Tinder and lost 10,000 dollars out of love, nothing gold digging about her love to this guy, cos he offered no shit, except giving his attention and all. So altho you have your own opinion on this matter, I respect that, but speaking of my own experience dealing with the emotional turmoil of my best friend, it would still be ignorant to just label these victims as golddiggers while clearly there are too many issues of fakery from this man, faking passport, changing name and more. I just feel proud that these women at least spoke this out and helped spare other women from being swindled by this man.

Even if he lied about being in danger and they felt compelled to help, that still isn't being vulnerable. That's just wanting to help.

When I watched this I was judgmental of these women but now I see there is a lesson here for everyone maybe not to this extent but we have all been manipulated doped or coned into buying something we regret, believing lies by loved one only to be hurt, pressured into a dangerous situation because we fear saying no. One can even go as far to say “I have even been the swindled!”Using your charm or acting like a helpless person to get someone to do something you want is also a way to swindle, there are countless examples. A pushy sales man can be a swindler. There’s is something here we can all learn from. Treat others the way you want to be treated with respect honesty and kindness but more importantly do not let you emotional needs, wants, and fears blind you to dangerous people like this.

I want to ask these ladies a few questions.
Because to me it seems like you were digging for gold then got dirt. I don't see this ANY different than millions of older men losing their networth to their young girl friends.
If indeed, they were not impressed by his money, and truly cared for him, please answer the following questions below.
1)why did Cecile hop on a private plane on their first date (basically are strangers), then proceeds to kiss him and sleeps with him. Even when her friends warned her this can potentially be human trafficking, and she said with her own words " It would be stupid for me to say no, YOLO". What did you learn about his personality that was so incredible that you basically risked your entire life on that first few hours of meeting Simon? it would be "stupid to say no" that you traveled to another country within the same few hours of meeting the man?
    2) Cecile didn't even flinch when Simon's baby mama and his baby was there. I'll be honest, if I went on a date and the girl I'm on a date with brought her EX husband AND the baby, I'll be out of there within seconds. Why did you decide to stay? What about his personality you learned within the first few hours that having his EX wife and kid there was ok for a first date?
    3) Why did Cecile, believe a billionaire is on tinder and swiping right on women past their prime and average looking? Why did you lend him 250,000 pounds? Was there any guns or force involved that you had no choice? If you did have a choice, then it was voluntarily given right? What prompted you to give someone you've met 2 or 3 times 250,000 pounds? Was there any potential financial motive to be gained? Since this was all because you loved him, what about his personality that prompted you to give someone you barely know a quarter of a million pounds?
    3) The second girl seems to be hiding some information. What really happened when traveling with Simon and his girl friend all summer? Was there 0 sexual relationship between the 3 of you?
    4) Second girl again, you seemed fine receiving luxurious gifts and traveling all summer on Simon's dime but it became a problem when he couldn't pay you back. Why did you think a billionaire needed a loan from you? Was there financial motive in lending Simon money? If so what were they? If not, then you should always lend with the mind that you won't ever see that money again.

Yes. The gold digging whores get the blame. Why would they not get the blame? The only reason they went for it was his money. That's it. He has no other redeeming qualities. He is average looking, not well built, short. There is no way in hell these women would even take a 2nd look at him if it wasn't for the money.

I'd love to have had justice .. that justice being the truth being known and just to continue to be dad with free will to make my parental decisions, my agency, regularly with them in my life. Worked so hard for 'her' and my family, was devoted .. lost it all, including my self esteem, health, social group, financial wellbeing .. and worst of all, my children. And I'm still the baddie. No help, no interest from others, and still told I'm the aggressor because I'm the man, to not be trusted, a liar, an abuser. It's far deeper than people accept.

I dont feel sorry for these women. Looking for love, huh? Funny she says in the documentary shes been on Tinder for years, dated 100+ men, but cant find a man. The common denominator: her. She keeps looking for the feels, and probably dumped tons of great, honest, hard working men. As an average man, they wouldnt give the time of day to you UNLESS you presented yourself with that kind of cash. Admit it - she wouldnt have gone through ANY of this if not for the money and lifestyle money brought.
