I've also been a fan for over 40 years but idea you can promise anything is just silly nobody who watches football can ever promise a damm thing it's a contact sport in which every year one injury can derail a season so if you want to say you have high hopes or great expectations, championship aspirations all cool but what you shouldn't and cannot ever do is promise what we have to look forward too it's silly and you can never promise a damm thing in sport where massive men are trying to hit you n tackle you on every play.

The 9ers better not take any of the teams in the division lightly. Rams are probably a very close talent and Arizona and Seattle always play them tuff . Yes 9ers are bad ass, but they always seem to find a let down game or two every year.

As a seahawks fan I can promise you nobody looks for the 49ers on the schedule lol, you won the last 2 years, when you get to 5 or 6 then you'll matter, y'all were the punching bag for waaay too long to ever take you seriously. Having Coach Choke in charge just makes it even easier to not care. Now the Rams, thats a team we worry about- theyve always given usa hard time, the 49ers haven;'t even been competitive till they had like a 10X talent advantage and a fully stacked deck, it's fair weather team with no heart, not a serious team
