Hi Sophie! I always enjoy your Channel and Vlogs. More so since you included your fitness and nutritional regime's! Oh changing bed linen is such a process and you need to be inspired to do it 😂It is however, very lovely to get into clean sheets. Have you thought about wearing an eye mask to bed? I find them fantastic for blocking out light...I'm also thinking about getting new cushions and a throw rug for my couch. Now you have inspired me!😊

For the converse, try vanish stain remover with a tooth brush. But make sure u rub it all over the sneakers otherwise you'll have bright white splotches

Regarding your washing, because of the heat in Dubai, why do you not hang it out on the balcony, being outside it will dry quite quickly. Good weekly on what you do each day. Didn’t know you rented your apartment.
I don’t like to because of the amount of sand in the air, when I bring the clothes in they don’t feel clean anymore ☺️

I did, I got them done this year around March ☺️ They are still my teeth just with caps on, which is why they don't have the 'perfect' smile

How much money do you use on taxis every month? I mean the Marina is far from the airport especially with dubai traffic? Or how do you get to work when u dont live in an EK accomodation?
I use taxis to get to work and back ☺️ I make it work

You have to wash your Converse with a toothbrush and oxy clean or mix some bleach with detergent should work
I have used oxy, just been to do them again
