No the real reason they do it is because stock changes and they have to make room most times. I have worked in grocery stores and had to help rearrange them before. New products or holiday stocks generally always cause this to happen. It's not a ploy to get you to buy more, that's advertisings job. The fun part is we often have to set it up the same day before it opens.
Only thing that increases is my pissed-off-ness that I have to waste more time looking for the specific things I came for while continuing to not buy things I wasn't going to with the old arrangement.

hastighet and fart both mean speed. i never really hear people say hastighet, to me, hastighet feels like the more proper, "fancy" (probably also older) word but fart is the more casual, common word
