Recently discovered your channel and I've been learning SO MUCH!!! Thank you for these videos! You're having a bigger impact in this world than you can possibly imagine ❤
Do you ever have livestreams with other youtubers in the mental health space? It helps to grow your channel! I'd love to see you and Emma from Therapy In A Nutshell do a collaboration! You both have very similar ways of considering the WHOLE person when conquering issues.
I appreciate how both of you freely offer so much information. It truly shows that you care about others- not money or fame!
    Thank you
    🙏

We were together for 30 years. And suffered from narssoctic abuse from her for years

I’m so sorry you’re going through this-it sounds like an incredibly painful and complex situation. After 30 years, the end of a relationship, especially one marked by narcissistic abuse, can bring up so many emotions-grief, anger, confusion, and even relief. It’s completely valid to feel overwhelmed, especially as you process not just the loss of the relationship but also the impact of years of emotional pain.
Being with someone who exhibits narcissistic tendencies can make it especially hard to heal, as it often leaves deep wounds to self-esteem and trust. As difficult as it feels now, this can also be a time to focus on your healing, rediscovering your own worth and identity outside of the relationship.

@DocSnipes my wife has no empathy. I just found out she's now dating her ex from 30 years
I hope I can get through this.

I'm suffering. My wife and I are getting diverorced. It's only been 2 months and she has already moved on with a new boyfriend.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this-it sounds incredibly painful. Divorce is a profound loss, and seeing your wife move on so quickly can amplify feelings of hurt and confusion. It’s important to remind yourself that everyone processes and copes with change differently. Her moving on doesn’t invalidate your feelings or the significance of the relationship you shared.
