I know there’s themes of moonlight and nighttime in this album, but for some reason it sounds like sunrise to me. like the sky isn’t fully awake yet, still rubbing sleep out of her eyes, as the sun pulls the world out of slumber
They let us listen to music during exams at my school and I love listening to these albums by city girl because they give me a timer telling me how long I've been working for. Not to mention, I focus really well with this music! It'll be like "oh the video's at 22 minutes, okay cool I've been working on this piece for a bit I should move on in about five minutes."
Listening to your albums here while going through my ancestry is kinda surreal in this great way. Life has gone on for so long before me and I have all these family members who I never got to meet, but my grandma can tell me about some of them. Thank you for the chill music
