Im just looking through all the classes in unity and ouginak is one of my least favourite (dont even have one atm) but that Transformation gotta be one of the coolest Things in all of dofus :O It reminds me alot of the old Moowolf dungeon i always loved. Definitely starting an Ougi on Day one =) As always thanks for the great Showcase :)
Great content! As an ouginak main player, I'd say the new animations are dope, specially the water build, which is now weapon oriented, and very appropriate for the class. I disliked nevertheless the new Radius animation. The earth build improved a lot, the new muzzle is one of my favorites. Though I miss the old watchdog's animation. The air build kept its identity (they wisely changed the carcass animation, which was very long for a 2AP spell). Unfortunately, the fire build lacks authenticity, all the spell are simmilar one to eachother. As it's the less used build of the less used class, the problem lies elsewhere and reflects in this situation. The bestial form's colors still don't match the characters colors, as in the flash version. I've got no opinion on this topic, but they might change it later.

I wanna play dofus again with unity and I love the new ouginak animations (except for wind element) and I wonder if I will have fun with this class on the new servers and in pvm since everyone says its the worst pvm class and can't do anything alone / don't bring anything to a group, what do you think ?
Hey Lucas! I'd say most of your doubts will rely on you enjoying your time playing with the class. First: Ouginak is very resilient, and though its simple, it takes a good amount of time on combining damage and utility (there's no spell on this class that ONLY deals damage) and mastering the rage charges. After that, you will be able to go through pretty much any content on the game, and will be able to do it alone. Second, it's true that, once the class plays only on the close range, you'll be quite useless in a few dungeons (Tal Kasha, for example). No big deal for me, once I like to play with it. The gameplay is a bit selfish, you'll be the one that will do a lot of damage and will not die, if you play well, you contribution will be surely noticed. Togheter with that, Ankama aims to rework ouginak, so they might enhance a lot it's mechanics and playability.

The ougi's rework is not an official information yet, I have an ideia of what they would most likely do to improve the class, but there's no use on overthinking about it xd. A class being braindead doesn't mean that you'll easily get bored. Classes such as steamer and eliotrope are quite boring for me, and they're not braindead. In order to optimize your damage and help your team mates, you have to make smart decisions and wisely combine spells, no way it's braindead. Though sometimes you just want to chill while you're playing, and every class becomes a little braindead in such situation hahaha.

Your answers really help me :) I understand that they will be turns where I'll spam the same actions, wich is good for farming, but it wont always be the case and each earth spell have a specific use/one isnt always better than another one. Now i have to decide if I play on the new solo server or the multi account one. Also, what is the difference between a ouginak and a sacrier in pve? Is sacrier just better at averything ?
I would rate it 9/10, pretty amazed by most of the animations, they really pair well with the ouginak theme and each element has its theme. Earth : 10/10 litterally all the animations are awesome and powerfull Fire : 9.5/10 really love the hellhound theme associated with fire and pretty clean animations Water : 9/10 the big sword is hella cool (in earth too!!) Wind : 6,5/10 to be fair i liked claws animations before, now they don't look violent/powerfull, are small and too curved to me. Inugami-ish theme is pretty cool but we can barely see him because he is so swift. About the big form : 9/10 amazing just wish they add a walk animation and a second attack animation (currently he can only bite, would be cool to have a claw swipe for sword spells or claw spells). Also the little dog (yapper or roquet I think) attack animation is kinda annoying to me i feel like it hides the character animations. I didnt play dofus for a really long time but i might play ougi even if everyone says its shit in pve :/ or hupper/ecaflip. Beside that id say ougi and sram anims are the best i've seen for now.
Ougi is not shit on PVE, it's pretty decent, their mark heal 25% of the damage dealt to the target, this alone makes them carry their weight since you can just mark a boss and heal off of it, not to mention their damage is pretty high and they have some damage reduction too. I believe that people say that because the class does not have a good range (except for water), but as far as melee classes go, this one is god tier, oh, and ougis are also pretty much mandatory on infinite dreams if you are into it
@@KayderimGameplays yes, ougis are good on their niche. The problem is that it suffers with a lot of obliged solo content, like quest fights or such, since it just has one mode of combat (close range), that is why he will get soon a mini reworked (confirmed by ankama)
@@zekalfra is the mini rework gonna do much for his pve condition? Or the goal is elsewhere? Also i dont know anything about infinite Dreams, does it have any rewards? And only wind ougi are welcome here right?
All animations look cool. One single thing that annoyed me is the over use of barking sounds... he is supposed to look and sound like a furious rabid dog or a wild wolf... not a domestic chihuahua

The new form looks sooo cool 🤩 Just a bit sad that it doesnt keep the colors of the base form anymore, i hope they change this in a future update

I really love the sram ones. This one is also super clean I would say, and mostly the sound effects
