Hi! I really like how it is made. I often eat churpi but sadly the churpi I get at my place isn't tasty at all. I wish to buy from this man if you guys could send through PO. I can share the contact or Gmail if it is possible. Please reply!
Too hard to eat without any flavour taste just ordinary milk taste. Not my choice of food but yeah appreciate the uniqueness of the food which holds traditional value 👍 💖
Its not food, its something like a snack alternative edibles . like you can chew bubblegum all day .. this not a bubblegum but can be chewed all day and slowly enjoy
I heard that it's because they used to make it from yak's milk which is much denser and has a much richer taste than cow's milk. Nowadays yak's milk is hard to come by.
When i was kid our elders used to tell us that this is made of elephant skin😂😂
N I believe that also felt pity for the elephant because I was so found of it
We were lie the whole time😁😁

Wow ! Now I got to know how churpii is made.
since churpii is hard I thought that it is made from yak"s milk.
Yak milk is an alternative source of churpi. But since cows are reared more widely, it has become the more commonly available source of churpi.
The purple cloth used as a filter should be replaced with a white pure cotton one.
During my childhood days i used to hear that Churpi was made of elephant 🐘 skin 😅

I don’t think it’s possible to send it through PO but you can always visit Sikkim to try authentic ones 🌟

Hard to eat ! Well stfu no one asked ur opinion
Healthier option than bubble gums, tabaco, beatle nuts, candies etc. Made of pure milk.
In higher altitudes, when it snows. It's like a food bank-preserved
Also chewing it in the cold keeps a person warm. - like rums does.
It's pretty useful cause you can preserve it for long periods of time.
Kai anta baine hari tah churpi khako jasto chaina tah gunruk matai khako jasto dekhdaicha tah
In my childhood n youth it was very tasty but nowadays it has lost its taste.

@@drewrenthlei2220 no most of them use cow or buffalo mik as yak is not found everywhere .
