    There’s no denying 2020 has been a rollercoaster for almost everyone.
    For some, it’s meant chaos, disruption, or the loss of friends and loved ones…
    For others, 2020 has been about mindfully counting blessings, seizing the day, and taking purpose-driven steps on a path toward new beginnings.
    Whatever 2020 has meant for you, I’m willing to bet it’s brought up some powerful emotions.
    Whether ‘good’ or ‘bad,’ ‘positive’ or ‘negative,’ I invite you to honor and process the emotional charge of this year through a timeless end-of-year ritual where you write a letter to 2020 letting it know how you feel about it.
