Well, it doesn’t show weak spots, it shows estimated position of modules and crews (sometimes quite inaccurate or the armor is too strong to be penetrated). You should search about wot hub (official wot mod website). The mod on the replay is aslain’s mod pack - it is totally legal and get reviewed every patch by WG employees :))
Not everyone came out of their mother's womb with a game controller in their hands, like you did. If everyone was as good as you, you'd never win any battles! So, bashing players for needing more experience would be counter productive. But, I guess a snob like you wouldn't recognize that!
