- In this replay, we will take a look at the Manticore, a Tier X British Light Tank from the tech tree. We will review this replay in order to learn about the Spotting position and maneuvering of scout in Prokhorovka.

That's the difference between having a good scout that hides and spots the enemy or having one who thinks a scout's job is to run around like a clown car!
Yeah, many people think scout is just running around without thinking 🤣
Well, lot of players in TD or medium also don't know how a scout works. If I am there in that bush or whatever position there is always idiots writing in chat we have a shit scout, do something, go to this place, go to that place. But a seen scout is a dead scout most of times.
It can all depend on the situation. Active scouting can be a useful map control tool as spotted enemy have a tendency to duck into cover and not be so eager to advance. Quickly exposing oneself and ducking into cover can give you a general estimation of where that enemy scout is located. Play a scout with sheriff status and you can win battles just by drawing ALL the fire from arty, etc., while your team focuses on killing the enemy.
@@wihamaki well, i think with the current accuracy in Wot, playing active scout is extremely dangerous and the only viable option for active scout is EBR 😂😂😂 Of course i don’t mean other LT can’t do active scout, EBR is just so much faster and have like captain America shield 🤣🤣🤣
@@AstroFlabber So true. It's like arty. If you don't play that group of tanks, you don't know how they play best or how to counter them. I know lots of arty safe locations and if I'm out in the open, how to make them choose to shoot at someone else!
Great job but a few things were lucky for you - such as the opposing light tank not spotting you at start while getting into position, also later on he got real close and still didn't spot you (i guess a bad setup on his part?). Your right flank also completely dominated the enemy team so you had free rain from that side. Great game to be a good light tank player in for sure!
This was only possible because of the other teams lineup. Put a manticore on the other team and this doesn't happen. You had two on yours and they only had an AMX 13 105 which is not a great scout to begin with. That being said this player did play the tank extremely well this game.
Well, i think good skills will get yourself good game but if you want EPIC game, u need a lot of luck 🤣🤣🤣
There was only 1 light tank on each team. Perhaps you think the minatauro is a light, but its a td. The only reason this was possible was because the enemy sat and let themselves be farmed. Only 2 tanks on the enemy team did not go the 1 line and of all the tanks on that line only 1 or 2 of them actually played the game.
This is very lucky battle cus player made a big mistake and choose bad path at start. Most skilled player ol LT will spot him and kill in one min.
Another thing to point out at 4:00 he's lucky too that Leo dont have CVS and Optics equipped on, at that distance he could had been spotted haha

proper light tank play, but it does show how limited skill there is now in tier10. No-one on manti's team thinks to go middle. Mino could easily have played there.

@@ProWotReplay Another example is you often see MM put all heavy armored TDs like E3/JPE100 etc on one side and FV4005/Grille 15 on the other side. This happened so often to make me believe that WG programmed the MM like that intentionally.
@@jackyd1917 WG should change their MM system but i don’t think they will do that to be honest. There are many great ideas about balancing gold ammunition but they basically don’t even care 😢

I share the best replay from other people in order to learn from them so that is not me in the replay 🤣 I think the reason why he didn’t shoot is because his team will cover him. Enemy LT had been destroyed so the only job he need to do is go slowly and let his team cooks 💪💪💪

Very nice. and I am Not saying you are not good, but MM sucked, for the otherside. 1 scout each on the bush map, manticore vs AMX 13 105 is already bad for the otherside, And then the AMX driver is....., Winrate 46 with WN8 933 for a premium player with quite many tier 10 tank. Really not a team m8 anyone would want in scout tank in a map like this....

I'm sorry but this is not great light gameplay on proko. Most times this play will get you killed. He didn't go into position using the bushes fully so he really was lucky their light was really bad. Then also lucky no one was at E4-5, because he would be spotted there while running away from E3, E100 and jpz. Too many lucky things that could easily have gone wrong in any other proko game. If you check this guys stats they are not great: more than 1000 games on manti and only first MoE with 47% WR. EBR with even more games with no MoE and 43% WR.
So much luck involved there. Enemy scout never tried to counter. Enemy team camped in the corner. No display of skill on your part.
