Sorry..there was mistake...correct ans of question 49 is option b: Axe^ax
-For f(x) = e^ax, we generally assume yp(x) = Ae^ax.
-But if e^ax is a solution to the homogeneous equation, we multiply it by x, so yp(x) = A x e^ax.
I hope this clears up any confusion.
@@mathtips96 x e^ax is also solution to the homogeneous equation. As the homogeneous equation has solution m1=4, m2=4 leads to y=c_1e^4x+c_2xe^4x so, y_p=Ax^2e^4x
