Bachy agr ap 16 years degree holder hn...to ap PPSC or FPSC dono ka lecturer ka exam da sakty ho... doesn't matter practice ha ya nai...or rahi bat difference ki....PPSC mn competition Punjab level pa hota ha...only Punjab k log apply kr sakty.... FPSC mn overall country sy log apply kr sakty.... PPSC mn negative marking hoti ha....chances b 3 hoty hn....paper b thora conceptual mean tough hota ha...as compared to FPSC....so aspirants k marks km aaty hn....as a result merit b km hota ha.... FPSC mn no negative marking...and no chance issue....students b ziada hoty....isliay is ka merit usually bht high hota ha.... FPSC ka procedure bht lengthy hota ha...as compared to ppsc....is mn easily 2,3 years guzr jaty hn selection hony mn.... PPSC ka procedure thora fast hota h.....
