Brother Brown, I just want to take a moment and thank you from the bottom of my heart for you acting on the prompting to start this podcast. You present and articulate messages so very closely to my own thoughts desires and impressions as to where we are and what needs to happen in our spiritual growth to be ready for when He returns. Your messages are always spot on and I am always left a better person and more motivated to reach higher after listening to you. May the Lord bless you much.

I'm really intrigued by how you speak of intimacy with the Saviour. I came to this idea a year or two ago while studying 3 Nephi. I tried to imagine myself, what it must have been like to be there that day. We often speak of how the Saviour invited all to come, to feel the prints of the nails in His hands and in His feet, but we skip over the first thing He says: "thrust your hands INTO my side". He didn't say to feel the print of the wound in His side, he said to thrust their hand into it. I can scarcely imagine the level of intimacy this would require. I'm sure I'd wish to step back, to turn away. You would have to be within His personal space, but more than in His space, in HIM! Yet, He did not shrink or pull back, no matter who came, no matter who yelled at their kids that day, or didn't do the dishes or used their spouse. He invited every single one into this deeply intimate embrace. It was His deepest desire for each person to know beyond all doubt that HE HAD DIED AND RISEN!
Thank you so much for this lesson. I was deeply moved by it and felt my heart burn within me as I participated. It was a wonderful addition to my Easter celebration. How I love Him!

We can have spiritual experiences with the Lord yes, but the family business of our Heavenly Father (the family history and Temple work) is more important. 'Wist ye not that I must be about my Father's business?"
Or as the leader said , hold onto the temple with both hands.

@@germansliceI'm not sure that work is possible without the intimate relationship with Christ. Coming to Him allows all these other things to truly be efficacious.

@@raeshellsutherland1958 Here's how I understand it. Because an relationship with the Lord is involved when you are busy doing the Lord's genealogy and temple work which I been called by the Lord to do.... When we obey a commandment of God, God in return gives us an increase in a degree of light, and when we keep another commandment of God, we increase in another degree of light.
We go from Grace to grace to grace to grace.. That is how we progress step by step climbing the ladder through grace to become like Christ until we obtain a fullness like he did.. its not done by ourselves all alone because God gives us his grace each week when we take the sacrament each week to renew our covenants to help us move forward up the path.
Their path (the Father and the Son) has always been grace through obedience to law.. Grace is not a one time event but is a series of progressions over time.
So I do believe you can have spiritual experiences with god when doing his work.

The subject of your video has been on my mind a lot lately. I always feel I am not 'good enough' and never will be as hard as I try. But the thought that is finally sinking in is that we do not have to be perfect - we never will be - as long as we have true desires to follow the Savior and make those covenants with Him, He has the power to make us into perfect celestial beings or the perfect celestial couple ( which was really my greatest concern since my husband is now deceased and I keep wondering if we will be an eternal couple even though we were sealed in the Temple). I don't know if that makes sense because it is still formulating in my mind, however this podcast was a confirmation of this. We have to stop letting Satan discourage us.

Let the Savior's pure love be your focus and He will transform you. Trust Him with all your concerns. It's His work to bring you to the Father ❤️

I think our fallen mortal brains create veils of unbelief about who we really are and how connected to Christ we really are.

I love this so much. Our abiding, indwelling covenant relationship with Yeshua after being born again is as sacred as marriage. In fact, in a very real way, it is a marriage!

To try to use your kind of psychology on a deeply traumatised woman is shocking.
