What time of the year did you did this, looks like spring? The hut looks quite new, was it built recently? Haha, I always swim on my hikes, during winter especially. Mainly for comedic purposes...
It was the first weekend of December so start of summer in New Zealand :) the water should have been warmer than it felt! The hut was built in 2007 but doesn’t look it’s age, it’s very nice
