Dear Mark Kearns, I'm now a M 70 Triathlete from Berlin/Germany and I found some month ago your videos here on youtube and followed the advises and hinds inside to get a greater fitness and mobility without getting injured. I will say at this point at first thank you for your nice and useful stuff. In only one year I made a far jump forward in all three disciplines like swimming, biking and running. It's absolutely great what you are doing here - as a result I can tell you that I got the Berlin Master at the Berlin Man 70.3, the Vicemaster of the European Championship and German Championship of Duathlon Half Distanz and further more very good places at other competitions. What I like most are the videos about morning routine and the skippings. Go on man - you are an idol...(Y)
I'm going to try this routine! I'm overweight (1.60 m tall & 68 kg body weight) my weight before I got injured was 51 kg. I'm 64 years old, and I've been running 10km for 34 years.
Thanks for these! Takes me back to a jumping clinic I did with the legendary Jon Hinds a few years back. Never been quite as sore as I was after that. Certainly taught me to modulate my jumping efforts in the future ;)
Hi Brad, could you share a shoe recommendation, I'm interested in the minimalist shoes you're wearing. Is this a twice weekly workout? I'd like to incorporate with 1 sprint workout and 2-3 light lifting workouts per week. Thoughts? Thanks for the great content and any feedback!
I just added this today and almost 12 hours later I’m am still feeling it! Wow! Someone else in the comments asked this question and I noticed you didn’t answer it. So I will try because I certainly don’t want to hurt myself but I’m so impressed with this but I don’t want to overdo it. Is jumping like sprinting, as in it should only be done maybe once per week. Or can I do this more times per week?
It would all be easier on a trampoline and the ones where you move forward would not be possible. But jumping on a trampoline has lots of health benefits!
Mark just started listening to you love your humor love your walk with God it seems to be easy, I looked at revelations 315, about the church Laodicea how it had need of nothing the the hypocrisy was rampant...The word easy is not in a Christian’s vocabulary it should be over comer
I just mastered your running technique and now you got me jumping, Brad! Love this content it's been very helpful.
thanks Steph keep it up!!!

This looks so fun to do. I’ve always loved jumping but with my heavier weight it’s not so pleasant. I’m glad I found these videos!
Thanks Brad! I already did this and love it! Right after my run in my backyard! Woo hoo! Thanks for
Putting this out!

Hi Brad, I've added tuck jumps to my jumping. There brutal.
Which shoes do you recommend for sprinting and jumping.
Thank you.
Can these jumps be performed on a hard on a hard surface.
Thank you for the beautiful video.
Do jumps increase anabolic response for leaner face etc
How many times a week should this be done? And how to couple these with sprinting?

If I'm doing this in my apartment can you please tell me how to warm up or a good warm up and how long the warm up should be?

Nice vodeos! Please, could you advise on running during winter? Or cold weather?
I am a minimalist runner.
Thank you.
When are you going to make a video about perfect posture and drills for running up and down hills?
Yes we'll do that soon
Is there a warmup you recommend before doing this?
I'm 67 and I loved both jumping and sprinting, these coupled with surfing and skateboarding too. Now my hips and knees are shot.
Gold
thanks very much Alan!!
I did this Brad, but I felt drained the next day 😂 is that nornal. Bare in mind I also included 4, 30 sec sprints on the airdyne plus jumps.

Can you do the same jumping exercises on a trampoline? Does it give you the same benefits?
It would all be easier on a trampoline and the ones where you move forward would not be possible. But jumping on a trampoline has lots of health benefits!
It seems easy but it's so demanding!
Fantastic
