    Wow! Beautiful - job well done!
    Holy Sh^t! It amazes me that this gentleman didn't use a microscope or magnified glass to cut or assemble this chain!
    I use to work for an electronics company & at times I would run production lines where part of the process required a microscope or magnified glass. I'm sure that had to be such a strain on your eyes - after a while?!

    Just beautiful! I’m wondering if you can show how it goes from a regular chain to a curb style chain where the links are flattened and twisted slightly to make the chain lay flat. Also, when you are making the closed jump rings are you fusing them? I can’t tell if there’s a little piece of solder or not. Thank you for the terrific video!

      Hi Marian, thanks. Yes, for the closed hoops, we fuse them together and then solder the open ones. Also, to flatten the chain out we twist it. You can check out our other chain videos, you will see the technique on there :)

    You make it look so easy
    I can’t go any lower then 2mm wire on the mill😢when I try 1.5mm it all messes up
    Really struggling

    Question please … which track do you finish on the rolling mill please ? Is it 2mm then use draw plate ? Be nice to know how thick the wire is when making links
    Thank you

      @@TheJewelleryWorkshop Do you sell Gold jewelry too? I only see silver items listed on your eBay page. If so what is the typical cost of your craftmanship for a beautiful chain like this?

    • @TheJewelleryWorkshop
      @TheJewelleryWorkshop  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi we don’t sell gold online due to the shipping risk. A chain like this would cost around £1600
