    the only possible problem with stoicism is that we might missed out on life. Sadness, pain and suffering is part of the human experience. If we don't feel them because we are stoic, we might miss out on experiencing life. I am pretty cold blooded and see people around me having stronger reactions than me when faced with similar situations, and it make me wonder if i am not missing out. Like for example, whenever i felt love for someone, i never aloud myself to go to the full extent of my emotions. And then when those relationships failed i wasn't hurt so badly. But i missed out on both sides of those lives events, on the good ones (the falling in love) and on the bad ones (the heart break). Life is messy and no person has the right recipe for it. Currently i am of the believe that the purpose of life is to suffer and to survive, since those are the things that we humans seem to good at. And in order to know the purpose of something you analyze and see what that thing is good at.

That girl was coming back from a RAVE in MIAMI lmaooo obviously she can manage feeling good and rolling with whatever punches life throws because its clearly not beating her into the ground every single day with constant roadblocks and obstacles and wasted efforts just hitting walls.

    • @yeonjunhour3733
      @yeonjunhour3733 หลายเดือนก่อน +29

      Exactly! Everything like manifestation , and all those laws, the people talking about it had a standing point. Money! None of them where ever « ugly » their glow up is just losing some weight. All this law does not include the people who are neurodivergent with disorders and people who dealt with so much trauma or being poor. They be like « get over it, create your reality » yeah, I would do that, OF I HAD THE MONEY. If I can wake up tomorrow and only go to work and school without worrying about grades or what I will eat next week then maybe I would be able to « manifest ». They talk about blockages and negative energy, all my blockages is the fact that I am not mentally stable and I am broke. Yes I can use the law of affirmations but it’s hard to say “I am pretty” or “I am rich” when they outside is the opposite. It takes time! And understanding what you can physically do then from then you see how YOU want to view the world and then maybe we can be less than half way to be like those people who have it all and say it’s “easy to manifest”

    • @anaochoa
      @anaochoa หลายเดือนก่อน +29

      @@yeonjunhour3733this video is not about manifestation, but about a stoic mindset. Stoicism means you focus on what you can control to make your life better and let go of those things out of your control. For example, you can’t control your genes, if beauty is what concerns you, neither the fact that you are not as privileged as some other people on the internet. It’s just your reality, which won’t change whether you consider it fair or unfair. Now the matter is what can you do with your reality? Your reality just as it is. I understand what you’re going through because it overlaps with my experience at the moment. I know it’s difficult, but we somehow have to find a way through if we want peace. We must figure out how to keep enjoying life in the simplest of ways even during times of hardships. We can always be grateful for what we get to do, to have and to feel at the moment. Many aspects of our lives are privileges we have that we aren’t yet aware of. It’s okay if it takes time to process all of this, I am still trying to fit it in my own brain. But you are strong. You are capable of making the most out of your circumstances . And most importantly, you are able to live and feel human.

      @@yeonjunhour3733HEYOO BRO FELLOW POOR NEURODIVERGENT HERE!! the thing is bro, manifestation isn't easy, but it is simple. It's simplicity comes from trusting dude!! And if u find yous have blockages there, like if trusting feels icky to ya, then seek out methods that's help get to the root of that blockage, and other possible subconsciously held beliefs! FOR ME JOURNALLING HELPS A TON! YES UR SOCIETAL STANDING WILL MAKE THINGS HARDER THAN OTHERS ABSOULETLY!! BUT TRY TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AND SIMPLY MOVE ON, NOT HYPERFIXATE ON IT AND USE IT AS A MEANS TO HALT YOUR PROGRESS! THERES A DIFFR3NCE BETWEEN ACKNOWLEDGING SUM AND HYPERFIXATING ON IT! NO POINT FOCUSING ON SOMEONE ELSE WHEN ITS UR LIFE U WANNA IMPROVE BROCHACHO!! THO I UNDERSTAND THE FUSTRATION IT CAN BRING FOR OTHERS WHO DONT RECOGNISE THEI3 PRIVELLGE THEN TRY TO RELATE WIT U ON SOMETHING THEY HAVENT EXPERINCED OR TRY TO MAKE IT OUT LIKE WE ALL HAVE AN EQUAL PLAYIN FEILD.

    • @ChachaslideOHYEAHHH
      @ChachaslideOHYEAHHH หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      @@yeonjunhour3733a reason as to why manifestation could be harder for u to grasp is cause u probably don't belive in it all that much. And that distrust makes it beyond difficult for the universe to give u the things u ask for when past beliefs and ideals and traumas are stored all up in ya system. The universe can't bring u especially like big things like long term finances when there's no room for it to enter ur life. Ur traumas take up wayy too much room bro! So removing all things thqt don't serve u like old attachments and beliefs about urself, others and the world and having a grounded understanding in who u are will bring u the things ur lookin for!!

      @@yeonjunhour3733 something I read in an old book said you have to work within your “sphere of availability” (or something like that) which just means that you may have to start small and work your way up. If someone doesn’t have a place to put a boat or money to take care of a boat, it’s unlikely they’ll be able to manifest a boat; but if you stay within the sphere of where you are while also looking at where you want to go, then you should be able to get some headway

    thank you so much for this. honestly I've been feeling so, so, so much anxiety for so long and it feels like actual torture but I'm realizing I'm the one torturing myself. so much of what you said resonated so much with me, so from the bottom of my heart I want to thank you for this. know that your videos are really helping people out- at least 1 person, you are really helping. and to whoever's reading this: if you spend your life running away from yourself, not facing yourself, you will spend it in a perpetual state of anxiety, even when there is a clear solution to your problem. even if it's really, really hard, do not escape your problems. face them. I believe you can. I promise the perpetual pain of running away feels worse than the temporary pain of facing it. there's always a solution, you just gotta find it and allow yourself to take it, even if it's scary. the best thing you could ever do for yourself is to choose to get better. and remember- it always ends. nothing is ever forever- so long as you choose to get better. so choose that. deal with your sh*t. keep it simple, don't overcomplicate things. simplicity is really the key to life.

As an auDHDler (autism+ADHD) with PDA tendencies, I have meltdowns, my mind is a volatile beast. I've accepted it, there isn't exactly much I can do about my inherent neurology. Doing what you suggested was what drew me away from stoicism.

    A problem isn't a problem if it has a solution. This may sound so stupid to other people but as simply as she said it, I needed it. This was processed in the mind of an anxious overanalizer and it really soothed me. Wow. It's insane what you see as a huge ass problem can actually have very simple solutions. Bless uuuu queeeeeen 💚💚🙏🏼

    As someone who is finishing an outpatient program right now, these concepts are referred to as Mindfulness and cognitive skills. I love what you are talking about!! Your have referred to thought distortions, thought reframing, self-awareness, thought stopping, and radical acceptance. this is truly a magical concept that can really help people heal! :) The only issue I have is that humans feel and it should be seen as natural and valid. Feeling leads to processing and then to healing.

    i am a psychic medium as well, however, i dont channel what most would call ‘spirits’ but i do channel higher frequencies and messages; i have the gift of claircognizance.
    i was drawing something earlier in my notebook because i am doing this thing recently where i really listen to my emotions and.. ‘accept my humanity.’
    i drew a strawberry on the page i was writing, but it was not just a strawberry. i drew a strawberry with a skull’s face on it. death/ transformation represented on a strawberry.
    this page i was writing on was expressing my limerance for someone and some things and how i was ready to accept it and release it, knowing i can feel it without guilt or shame, and i can release it all the same. it doesn’t mean i care not or love not the person or thing, just that its all okay and meant to be as it is, as it will be in the end. but right now is right now, and right now i’m human.
    this is humanity, right ? allowing myself to be here and not fear that any more. allowing my self to see who i am and remember that deep part of my self even if i was afraid to meet them before, its divine knowing that i have no choice but to go further or to remain in the past, the same as i always was.
    today i’m different. right now i am new.
    it was so interesting to me that your video showed up randomly. i’ve never seen you before but somehow you looked familiar so i clicked your video.
    i almost felt pushback from the very beginning, my ego was immediately calling you a liar and saying you don’t know what you’re saying; but you do know, and so do i. i know it and that why i clicked this video without reason. just with familiarity because this knowledge, this wisdom; its familiar. its true. its me, and its you.
    thank you for mentioning specifically the strawberry story about your psychic friend. that was confirmation for me through my own psychic ability.
    i love this video. thank you for being here and making it. your purpose rings loud and true in this video: your purpose isnt what you do, but the way you made me feel when you did what you did. thank you.
    i feel hope, i feel like i can remember peace.
