Accepting defeat is always hard but I believe this is true this scene gets into my soul when you love someone so much but you still know in your heart it’s time to walk away is like getting shot or one of the most weirdest harshest pains you will feel she stopped loving me so I had to walk away and wish her the best and hope she’s happy and take my defeat like a man

But i tell you its not defeat my friend ,.may but its a signal from a higher authority that it was nt meant for you, thers somthng else is waiting, might be better for you and her. You cant always get what you want that is the only difference between dream and life.
When you dnt want to leave circumstances make you leave and everythng grows up and change. Dont blame it to yourself or anyone, something better will be there for you. You just need to admire the memories and time.

Take it from me Leo, walking away is the hardest part, but if it means making her happy & you miserable then it's worth it no matter how lonely you are.

Ahh man this is just so fucking heartbreaking I've been there when u love someone so much and that person doesn't love you anymore and u just can't do anything about that all u can do is walk away with all the pain and hurt and just hope that the person u love is happy and healthy
Was watching this with a friend of mine, and she was going on and on about how (in her experience) men are skirt-chasers, no better than a cat in heat, etc. etc., and when we got to this part I just told her, "Yet, statistically speaking, it is men who die from 'broken heart syndrome' when their wives die, yet when women become widows, they keep soldiering on. I wouldn't knock men so hard, as a species.", and I went back to listening to the beautiful guitar music. [I admit, I am a sucker for a beautiful melody on a guitar]

You know that point when your heart breaks for the first time. Your first love. First crush. First secret. Of all the people I have seen and known I have observed one thing : girls only break once. When you are broken once you get so emotionally affected that it changes you somehow. Then no matter how many times you are let down or broken up a part of you assures you deserved it. A part of you that was broken at the first time. So yeah girls solder on.
Men on the other hand never dig deep as to why they broke. They never truly finds out. The pain is there though. They sustain that pain for so long but they forget that heart can be broken again. So every heart break is fresh. Every time a new door of pain opens. So yes they live with the pain.
It's not that girls don't feel it.
It's just that they get so accustomed to it in such a short time no one notice it.

This reminds me of the first time we went to Vietnamese, I remember being so nervous because she was absolutely stunning and literally everything I ever wanted, a few weeks later she told me she loved me. It was around Christmas. She got pregnant shortly after that and by my birthday in March, we had lost the baby. By May she was gone, I loved her, she never loved me.

i loved a girl once. she was a mess. but i seen the side of her that was so amazing and i fell really hard. we bonded and we became close. but the painful thing is she never loved me the way i love her. I mean this part reminds me of her. because i can see that she keeps on trying to love me as much as i love her but she cant. now it’s been 5 years. she’s with someone. they been together for 2 years. i mean i moved on. but im still trying to find someone who i can fall in love to as much as i loved her.
I don't know how you feel because we all feel things differently. That's what makes us unique! But I know what you mean, sort of.
In my case, my beautiful mess of a woman & I were together for 5 & 1/2 years. Really thought she was the 1. 4 & 1/2 years ago, she told me that she was no longer in love with me but in love with her (female) coworker. Letting her go was the hardest thing I've ever had to do in my adult life! (Saying goodbye to my dad & bro were the 2 hardest things in my youth.)

Man that perfectly describes my situation with my ex. I didn't want to be in a relationship but she convinced me and I fell hard. It always hurts to find out that the love you're giving to someone never will be reciprocated. It fucking hurts. And the more you think about what you had the more you realize how imbalanced it was. I feel like i was just a convenience for her.

Zach Gains I know your pain. However, you have to do more for yourself than to hinge your whole life on one person. Times does heal but you need to do YOUR part in it as well. Get busy living. Go back to school, join a gym to get a better body, build quality friendships and focus on the positive. Most importantly, love yourself MORE than you love another. Let the past go and stop letting it haunt you! I was married for 15yrs to a woman who walked out on me. I was devastated. Felt life wasn't worth living anymore. But then one day I realized how amazing I truly was and started on a journey and allowed me to love myself and enjoy life! Now I don't even think about that woman and realize I am so much better off without her! I sometimes want to send her flowers to thank her for letting me see how better I am without her!!!

So today I decided to tell her I dunno how I can just look at the woman you love, and tell her it was time to walk away she love me, and still want me but it still hurts her wanting space, and time away from me just wanting to be in her own mind, and everything she told me she will eventually come around but it's hard because I gave her everything for 2 years loved her, and cherished her like no other even when we fought or not we still had each other loving one another that was all I ever asked or wanted, and it hurts so bad because everyday I look over, and wonder if today will be the day she wake up, and noticed how much she loves me, and want to come back to me but she doesn't and my heart is broken all over again...
