ALUMINUM, GERMAN , NON STICK - hee tigachi door raha ( my marathi is not that good but ... avoid the aluminum german or non stick cookware ) ..😊

Vegetables should not be cooked by placing any plate over it😊
I am using this cooking process since last 40 years i think this is traditional cooking method
We all use plates to let it cook easily, it does not let all the water evaporate, cook faster. Same logic as using a cooker
@ bhagyashree .... I don't find anything wrong with it ... infact what does a pressure cooker do .?? ... it's perfectly fine
