The addition of sugar has in my opinion destroyed the dish. For that reason, this recipe should be a thumbs down for me. Good luck with your sugar spiced dishes. Yuck.

The amount of onions looks far greater in the video than in the ingredients listed, as does the amount of water. I have about 11 bunches of spring onions that I have been given and would love to give this recipe a go. Howeverm I am concerned about the quantities and I don't want to mess it up. If you could confirm that the ingredietns listed are correct, I would be very grateful. Thank you,
It would be a good idea to follow quantities from the video rather than the list. Meanwhile, I hope Rajshri foods answers this soon enough for you with the perfect measurer amounts. The recipe looks yummy. Even I'm going to try this.
I made out of 2 bunches and followed the listed quantities it turned out good except for gram flour, I would suggest 2tbsp, 3 was a lil too much for us

My own recipe for spring onions , just chop it wash it and fry it medium low for two minutes with butter and garam masala. It’s taste wonderful man.

Taste was good... Only comment is that lemon juice should be not more than half tea spoon. It should give just little tanginess. Mine was over sour.
