Sir i have very urgent questions
I have a 20 years, mentally retarded sister. I have already lost my mom. My father goves 30k everything to the care centre for hrr treatment and stay. What will happen to her whrn my father leaves the world and i ( being the sister) refuse to take care of her financially or emotionally. Will the Indian law force me to be her gaurdian for life?
