Constitution is the basis for all the acts. All the Acts are/were made keeping in mind,the provisions of the Constitution. Thus,to avoid the confusion ,while speaking, we say ''Articles'' while talking of provisions of the Constitution and ''Sections'' while talking of provisions of an act.
