100% agree. When MT left the Stones in 1974, I felt profound sadness that my favorite music wouldn't be the same. And it hasn't reached the MT Stones music since then. The RW Stones lineup just doesn't quite deliver. I listen to dozens of MT Stones boots and pretend the Stones still sound this great.
1969 to 1974 the Stones were it. Live 1972 to 1973 they were perfection, gritty with soaring leads. I wish they still sounded like this.
How great they once were.
Mick Taylor's best performance in Gimme Shelter together with the only existing footage in 1972, namely those of Ladies snd Gentlemen, perfect 👍🏼❤️
The stones are at their finest with Mick Taylor 🎉🎉. They are sounding freaking awesome 🎉🎉
Best version ever! Love me some Mick Taylor!! Rock on brotha
Taylor met le feu ! Best of the best.
Every time I hear the Stones live now i hope that they will sound like this again. Sadly they don't. Happily though we have these recordings, thanks!
You are correct...there much better now

@@johnscialfa7391 Where? :)
Fantastic guitar by Mick Taylor
Philadelphia shows were excellent!
I like Merry or Lisa singing on this it adds another dimension
the pictures seem to be taken from Ladies&Gentlemen.
They are indeed from L&G. There are too few moving pictures from the 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972 and 1973 tours.
7/21/72 1st show?
morning show
@@xdef1ne Good morning.
If you want a version where the footage is synced: m.th-cam.com/video/n-PLie1xlaA/w-d-xo.html
You better had used my improved sound version as well. It's more important than the synchronization.
My bad I’m using the audio from the 20th, not this version
