Mine is 125 degres (257 F)max when driving far. I think it’s too hot. What is you solution to reduice high temperature ? I think to activate fan by switch when go very far.
Question 13' cruze 103xxx i was in line at a drive thru and I heard this loud kick push as if someone rear ended. The D in the dashboard was blinking and pressed on the accelerator and bearly moved. Home was 3miles away so I just drove home super pissed. Anybody knows anythin??
Hi! My cruze it's not going forward or backwards, I turn on the car go off P and I'm able to switch between R N and D without pressing brake. When I depress the brake the car doesn't do anything. I've already check the transmission fluid and its fine.
try removing the wheel and apply grease and rotate each wheels, this will happen if the car is parked for a while and water gets clogged(while washing) and forms rust.
My 2011 Chevy Cruze ls is going in reverse but I have to put force for it to go in drive. It moves but like I said I have to force it to go the right mph

S Nasr you can go to dealership and ask them for drive test - while driving you can monitor data readings on computer. If error has been recorded it means their is some fault.
Lucky Jeeval that sounds like your tranny control module if it is the code would be p0700 I'm having the problem where it's at 2k rpm and not going anywhere really but at 4 k rpm it's does fine

TCM wasn't functioning properly - problem with transmission fluid temperature. Installed dedicated radiator for cooling Transmission fluid/oil so now car is fine.
Ahmed El Sabaa I don’t what was the actual reading but as i remember that mechanic told me ENGINE and TRANSMISSION temp should be same and i noticed transmission temp was rising higher compared to constant engine temp. This rise in temp occurred during driving for atleast half an hour at or above 90kmph, higher transmission temp caused TCM to detect error and TCM wont change gears even RPM goes beyond limit. You can notice in video. Temp readings were i think 240 stable for engine and highest temp 260 i noticed for transmission after just 20 mins test drive.
Checked water level no water .could this somehow be a safety mode for lack of compression .automatic 2012 crux petrol please can anyone help urgent thanks
Check water/coolent. Fill it. Check engine oil if required top up it. If any warning sign appearing then remove negative terminal of the battery and leave it for 20mins. Attach negative terminal and start. If starts then good. If don't then check upon switching ignition self does ignition motor works ? If self starter is working then replace coils.
AnEes Aslam thanks .I've obd reader on .misfire p0301 cylinder 1 also throttle body p2076.its had new coil pk 2yr ago .so it could be spark plug .tomoz will check plugs .n clean throttle unit .see f this fixes .massively thankyous

I have that same problem on my 2013 rs but everything is fine no problem stepping on the gas after it just gives a hard jerk

My cruze is not going good till 4000 rpm.
After 4000 rpm it's going very fast in every gear

I solved my cars problem by installing extra oil cooler/radiator. It worked. Plus i also overhauled transmission.

Hi. Bro, read all the comments. Always add recommended transmission oil, which is DEXRON 6 for cruze.
