yes finally ! yes that guy is from parasite. for me, congratulations was written from the perspective of the guys, saying congratulations sarcastically to the girl. then you were beautiful could be taken from the perspective of the girl, reminiscing their memories, remembering their love but treasuring it as something in the past now.

3 years late, but replying to this still in case haha. It's actually both the guy's perspective-- Congratulations, he was angry the girl left him and found someone else. You Were Beautiful, he already accepted it's already over and he sent the video to the girl in the beginning as a closure. She was a beautiful memory.
yes, they also have a another storyline mvs. they released 12 mvs, 25 songs, and held concerts every month last 2017. and the mvs from august to october (also november but also not really) have a storyline too. this time they were the one that acted in it ! what can i do i loved you when you love someone all alone (just flashbacks no story)
