Hi, not sure if you still need this but I've found that you can just call back your energy with intention, since it was yours to begin with. No matter how others act as if it's theirs, just by willing it you can reclaim it. Simply google 'call back my energy'

I know this chakra is BELOW the feet but I feel it very strongly in my feet which is nice because I'm on my feet for 12.5 hours today. Idk if the reason I feel it in my feet is because it's connecting my feet to this chakra or what but it feels wonderful

I am not sure how to work this, but what type of vitamins, minerals as an energy worker do we need? What do we use up a lot of? How can I take care of myself with supplements any suggestions? I know the food part, but what do our bodies use up when we do Reiki or any energy work? How do we support our bodies?

Dear Lourdes,
The type of meditation I practice states that tapping energy directly from the earth (for example, by practicing barefoot outside) is bad. Working with this chakra would connect me with the earth, but how does that connection work? Would I then be actively tapping energy from the ground? Thank you for your guidance.
+alenweiter, The energy from this video assists you with connecting with the energy in the center of the Earth (the iron core crystal). It flows deeply to the center of the earth as opposed to the uppermost layer. Hope this helps. Blessings, Lourdes
