I ordered an item online and have had 3 delivery attempts On 4th attempt parcel was sent back to collection point No "we've missed you" card No tracking number No collection address Not even the name of the courier company Customer service unresponsive A seemingly hopeless situation, right? Then I recalled I could check the camera Bingo! The delivery man was wearing a vest with the company's name on it and I was able to arrange redelivery for Saturday! Unbelievable!!! It was the ONLY company that lets you redeliver without a tracking number too
