I remember I used to watch him when he talked about Xbox fanboys shitting on persona 5. Then I didn't watch for a bit and then stumbled onto the cross play video you are talking about here. Cross play should be a thing with all consoles. Remember when Microsoft was the one who blocked Crossplay but sony allowed it? As an Australian I know what its like to often play on servers with 200 ping with certain games. Its playable but it is not an optical experience . I don't know how many xbox users are in the region around Japan and how easy it is to connect to playets across the different countries in the Asian regions. His point falls flat with the Switch though because Japan is Nintendos home.

A Sony Pony coworker once judged me for picking up an XBONE as well as the PS4. I explained that two good friends, my nephews and brother-in-law were all on XBONE. We were really into Destiny, had about a dozen people for fireteams and this was how I bonded with my nephews from across the country. I also just generally preferred the XBONE for multiplat shooters. This grown man heard all this, scoffed in legit disgust and said I was supporting the loser console. I advised him to get back to work and avoid insulting the guy that controls his weekend.

Sketch Pen framerate can give you a significant advantage *especially when we're talking about one as low as 30* its one of my points of frustration going from my pc to my switch.

Papa frit, I have ascended to what is PC gaming. In my early childhood I played MMOs on PC, Matrix online, Guildwars, World of Warcraft. These games were great, however with other games I really did feel that some players on PC had an advantage, and even right now I feel that back then it was true, however, times are changing in my eyes. With additions like Battle eye, and much more strict coding that is difficult to break, not only that, but just seeing how people can use glitches on GTA5 on consoles to earn a step up on other players, its just so much more logical to make the change to pc gaming. Not only that, but if you really have the intention to play special, unique, games that push the boundaries of age rating, Steam gives the playerbase the ability to do so along with other downloads on the internet, games like Hatred, and Agony. This is why I came to pc. The mods for games like ark is a huge, massive, bonus, the mods that allow the game to last even longer and interest the players far longer too. And the free internet too, I like not having to pay separately to the main corporation to play with others. I didn't like your channel at first, but, its warming up to me, much like how pc itself has presented to me over the years. I like your videos.

Beside that, Both Microsoft and Nintendo has some uglier anti-consumer such as microsoft requires you to buy xbox live and Nintendo doesn't allow you to refund digital games at all. Crossplay would be the least of the worry of what is wrong with the console generation.
So ummm Nintendo doesn't allow you to refund digital games, yes, but you can't do that on the Xbox One or PS4 either. You don't have to buy Xbox Live, but to go online you do, same with the PS4 and the Switch when its online comes out.
I feel like I should mention this, my brother's PS4 has broken 2 times, and I know many in my family who's ps4 has broken several times. That may explain their sells.

@Nolan I remember my PS4 that I got back 3 or 4 yrs ago had an issue where the games were crashing, system froze and it would constantly crash here and there to the XMB menu. Since it was still under the warranty from date of purchase Sony repaired it or sent me a new one. This one I currently have has issues where the disc will eject/spit out randomly even when playing. Though at the moment its sitting on the shelf catching dust while Im playing on my PC at native 4k 50/60hz or 1080p 144hz or 1440p 100 hz
I had no idea ps4 had these type of issues. I only thought the 360 was that bad w/ its infamous RROD, ps3 had YLOD but wasn't as common. Kinda makes you think about their whole arguments against pc saying it's way cheaper and it's way less maintenance/troubleshooting/headache. Uhh no it isn't, not if you have to keep buying it multiple times like that. I'm sure it isn't as prevalent of an issue as you make it sound, but it's still a very legitimate concern/risk that exists and that anyone has to take into consideration before buying one. _Very_ rarely does something "break" like this on pc, and if something does go wrong, it's usually _your_ fault. Yet another point to pc in the end I guess. Sigh, consoles and their closed-box proprietary tech ways. Sure it has its pros, but also cons. You win some, you lose some.

I remember I used to watch him when he talked about Xbox fanboys shitting on persona 5. Then I didn't watch for a bit and then stumbled onto the cross play video you are talking about here. I think he used to use tts instead of talking? He basically disregards people opinions for his own and thinks that if it doesn't matter for him it isn't important.
Cross play should be a thing with all consoles. Remember when Microsoft was the one who blocked Crossplay but sony allowed it? I remember playing portal 2 long before I though about getting a PC with my PC friends. It even let me intigrate a steam account and message them. I couldn't do that on Xbox.
Sony is the Microsoft of the last generation unfortunately. I just hope that when sony gets cocky and has a Xbox one like reveal and Microsoft or Nintendo dominates they don't go back on their word and sony has a "change of heart" because they are in last again.

I don't personally care about crossplay either, but in reality its anti consumer as fuck and defending it is anti consumer and pro business. Also criticising ppl for complaing/criticising sony for this is also anti consumer and pro business. In terms of morganadays if he doesn't care then okay, but that doesn't make the criticisms towards sony invalid. In terms of the fact that there aren't many xbos users in japan , he may have a point in terms of latency/high ping with servers in other countries. As an Australian I know what its like to often play on servers with 200 ping with certain games. Its playable but it is not an optical experience . I don't know how many xbox users are in the region around Japan and how easy it is to connect to playets across the different countries in the Asian regions. His point falls flat with the Switch though because Japan is Nintendos home.

A Sony Pony coworker once judged me for picking up an XBONE as well as the PS4. I explained that two good friends, my nephews and brother-in-law were all on XBONE. We were really into Destiny, had about a dozen people for fireteams and this was how I bonded with my nephews from across the country. I also just generally preferred the XBONE for multiplat shooters.

Sketch Pen when you look arround at 60 fps it's easier to spot people, when you build (since you have to look arround fast) It's easier to know what you're doing.
Sketch Pen framerate can give you a significant advantage *especially when we're talking about one as low as 30* its one of my points of frustration going from my pc to my switch.

Papa frit, I have ascended to what is PC gaming. In my early childhood I played MMOs on PC, Matrix online, Guildwars, World of Warcraft. These games were great, however with other games I really did feel that some players on PC had an advantage, and even right now I feel that back then it was true, however, times are changing in my eyes. With additions like Battle eye, and much more strict coding that is difficult to break, not only that, but just seeing how people can use glitches on GTA5 on consoles to earn a step up on other players, its just so much more logical to make the change to pc gaming. Not only that, but if you really have the intention to play special, unique, games that push the boundaries of age rating, Steam gives the playerbase the ability to do so along with other downloads on the internet, games like Hatred, and Agony. This is why I came to pc. The mods for games like ark is a huge, massive, bonus, the mods that allow the game to last even longer and interest the players far longer too. And the free internet too, I like not having to pay separately to the main corporation to play with others.

I remember my PS4 that I got back 3 or 4 yrs ago had an issue where the games were crashing, system froze and it would constantly crash here and there to the XMB menu. Since it was still under the warranty from date of purchase Sony repaired it or sent me a new one. This one I currently have has issues where the disc will eject/spit out randomly even when playing.
Though at the moment its sitting on the shelf catching dust while Im playing on my PC at native 4k 50/60hz or 1080p 144hz or 1440p 100 hz
I had no idea ps4 had these type of issues. I only thought the 360 was that bad w/ its infamous RROD, ps3 had YLOD but wasn't as common. Kinda makes you think about their whole arguments against pc saying it's way cheaper and it's way less maintenance/troubleshooting/headache. Uhh no it isn't, not if you have to keep buying it multiple times like that. I'm sure it isn't as prevalent of an issue as you make it sound, but it's still a very legitimate concern/risk that exists and that anyone has to take into consideration before buying one. _Very_ rarely does something "break" like this on pc, and if something does go wrong, it's usually _your_ fault. Yet another point to pc in the end I guess. Sigh, consoles and their closed-box proprietary tech ways. Sure it has its pros, but also cons. You win some, you lose some.

I usually agree with your vids but this time no. Sony HAS NO REASON TO CROSSPLAY WITH COMPETING CONSOLES THEY GAIN NOTHING. They have Crossplay with PC Android or iOS thats all they need.
But why not also the Xbox and Switch?
It would give them some good publicity, they’ll probably need that to retain the footing they have now into the next console generation.
They also have no reason NOT to do it
So? It doesn't benefit developers to put small details in video games, that's for the **player**
Dasmesee If you are talking about fortnite then sony does crossplay but that is the only title sony cross playes with. Do you really think they would do the right think and cross play on other games like rocket league?
I don't see this as anti-consumer when the overwhelming majority of of PS4 gamers are not asking and clearly not demanding cross-play.
