Seems like the difference between this French ration and the other French ration is the outer container. This one is in a plastic sleeve so it’s waterproof for Marine operations. The other one is up for land based army operations. Seems like it would be more sense to have them all packed in a plastic sleeve.

Cant beat the uk ration pack coffee....although these days im supposed to have 2 in1 not 3in1
