Amazing. I hit a 3.5kg on a freezing winter morning in July a few years back on that exact jerk bait. Was busy fixing overwind and BAM.😀
Yo- Zuri jerk baits are the business. Well you definitively passed that bait long enough to get that monster bass to attack it👍🏻 well done
Great tips will try this out very soon. Was out at fun fishing today and only caught 2 crabs 😂... Will definitely try this stuff out this coming weekend and hope to get lucky
O hectic. HAHA well I hope you all the luck tight lines👍 Thanks for watching the video
@@BassingwithSascha. No problem thanks buddy
Great lures l love the the crank baits l use a popper,Texas reg worm, spinner bait
Thanks alot man. I'm not confident with a popper at all. I should start throwing it more.
Okay 😂
Hey bassing with sascha awsome video
Thanks alot👍
Yho I'm struggling to cacth bass now, but this video will help
Well i'm glad that my bait selection might help you. Lets hope that you get some success with these baits 👍
Hello man I just want to say congrats on 200 subscriber's
try a watermelon candy fluke by zoom. i also do the twitching movement in winter, imitating a minnow digging in the mud for food. and my go to never fail softie for pre spawn is the same color watermelon candy craw also by zoom. that ill put in deeper water and let it sit 30secs then twitch the tip of my rod bouncing it on the bottom. it never fails
Those baits really do work👍 I like throwing a craw in summer and in winter.
Hi Sasha...I'm having bad luck with the cold water....Do you have some tips and techniques for winter bassing or should I rather carp in winter....hehehe....I'm in Middelburg MP...Thanks meneer...
Hi Dries. So I don't think you should give up fishing for bass in winter, HAHAHA. I know how you feel about winter fishing. I was in the same position wanting to give up, but it is all about just pushing through and never giving up. Fish you bottom baits, and fishing them really slow. You will pick up on some fish. Tight lines
@@BassingwithSascha hehehe...True that....Landed 2 lekka 3pounders this afternoon...and a piesang...Recond the water will heat a bit up in the afternoon and they must eat sometime....Boss..Thanks
Do you ever use a warpig as search bait?
I actually used to use them alot hey. They where very difficult to find so I switched to the red eye shad. I actually don't fish a lipless crank bait that much any more. Maybe I should start using them again
Hello sasha im going to edenvale dam tomorrow with my boat.gopro.and my BIG canon camera im going to make a vid
Hi Ethan. I would have loved to have gone, I was very busy this weekend. I hope you had a great time at the quarry with your new boat👍 I hope shouting your video went well to. I'll watch it went you upload it👍
@@BassingwithSascha thx man
Is the jerk bait suspending.sinking or floating?
Best colours?
So I noticed that I didn't mention it in the video. I'm glad you asked. The jerk bait that is in the video and the jerk bait I use in most of the situations is a suspending jerk bait. It's the most all round jerk bait
@@BassingwithSascha i agree...suspending means you have time to think about your next retrieve...and that lamming action ive had most of the time is when they hit me
Mini rod challenge in Spring :)
Would you like to see a collaboration or just me fishing with the mini rod?
Either cuz mini rod is so cool
I'll do it👍
sorry i said never fail twice😅 was that second blunts fault
No problem💪
Any tips for fishing a river?
I don't know of any rivers up in Johannesburg. I also don't have that much experience with river fishing. I do wanna give it a go and learn. So if I come across a river I will definitively make a video about it.
@@BassingwithSascha I am going river fishing this weekend and I am struggling to get good tips
@@BassingwithSascha It's at the Suikerbos river near Heidelberg
Ok so I have fished the mooi river down in the Midlands KZN. At that time I was catching fish on a jerk bait, and on small square bill crank baits. Maybe give a stick bait and a ned rig a try.
Well if I ever go river fishing I will definitively give the suikerbos River a shot
Any Tips for bass in Klerksdorp dam?
Well i've never been to Klersdorp. I am pretty sure the fishing will be the same there as in Johannesburg. Try my winter baits selection and see if they do well for you.
