When you collect the honey, cheese, and jam, you also get diamonds. I haven't done the math on if it's the same amount of diamonds you'd get for selling in town but maybe if it's less maybe it's just enough to offset the fact that you sell the products for ribbons?

Also I think you can get multiple of these stalls and have a massive diamond farm essentially. I’m contemplating doing that with my next area I open up
