The only TH-cam channel that tests the phone case in real life. Not sitting at a desk, just lecturing a load of bull at the camera. Great video, loved the dust proof tests, good job going out there. It's just a perfect video! You have one more fan, and many more to come no doubt!
I love finding newer creators who make badass videos. I watched the whole thing! That surprised me. Also, I like how you stood up for the dude at the beginning; that got you a sub.
I have Bounce case for 1.5 year and was thinking about Ultra Bounce but after this video I would recommend Bounce case, not Ultra Bounce. Here’s what you need to know: 1. buy case with full print on its back cover. It stays completely intact. Mine has half plastic and half print and plastic is so easily scratched and marked with fingerprints, but printed part looks brand new. 2. Do not use lens protection. I bought extra lens protection and it broke next day but I even didn’t drop my phone. They sent me replacement and flashlight through the plastic was so diffracted. Now I use it without protection for about a year and not a scratch. Special sapphire glass is way more durable than some plastic. 3. This case is too big to wear it in your pocket. I have marks on my jeans off these corners.
Mi español es horrible, así que discúlpeme. Las fotos son notablemente malas cuanto más usas la funda porque la funda que usan se raya más fácilmente. ¡Espero que esto ayude!
Why are you dropping it on gravel? A tiny rock protruding from the floor can crack any screen protector if it lands on the face down. Just drop it on concrete, which is way more reliable.
I mean…the point is to drop it in extreme ways to make sure the case will work in actual real life scenarios no?! I would rather see this than someone dropping it directly on the bounce portions and showing me what it looks like bouncing. I want to know what happens no matter how it is dropped.
@@sideoftech Because case will do absolutely 0 if there a pebble that touches the screen. You will be testing only screen protector at that point or your luck. Just use your brains, it's baffling how youtubers have more money than brains.
You will never know what environment the phone is dropped into. I work in a Fitness Center and my iPhone 12 dropped straight onto rubber floor but bounced into a metal machine causing a small scratch on the screen. Therefore, this drop test over small rocks kinda makes sense. The only issue I had with the test site is when the device is dropped onto those rocks is that the ground is absorbing some of the impact and the rocks could shift around reducing some of the impact. Put the rocks on concrete then do the test👍. The most moronic misinformation about any drop test is that it protects the device external case and any drop no matter how the case is protected probably does not protect the internal mechanism 🙀.
I bought this case and found the camera cover was just not on. So much finger prints and smudges and also did not do in a sunny day. So I complained and got my money back. Not buying again. Not worth it.
Omg can you help me? How you do money back to you ??? U send back the case right ? I have a same issues, finally I see who’s know the issues for this case already ….. I do replacement and sell it out , so now I still have my case and the replacement I sell it out now thinking to get another case .
the lens protection sucks, as it get dirty all the time. Using this case make photography with the IP 15 PM laughable. Design flaw… if the Lens protection would be removable, game would change….

You’re the best! 🤘
I’m glad someone appreciates the work that goes into these 😄

Thank you for your insight, it’s very valuable! I’m glad you’re happy with your preferences 🤗
Awesome video David! Really sucks what happened to casetify, but dang you sacrificed your phone for us 😂
These kinds of videos always worry me since I don’t have endless iPhones on deck just in case mine breaks. Thank you for watching!
Thank you brother for doing this video! This case is a no go for me!
No worries! I hope you found value in the video 🤗
Oh shoot that’s Eaton Canyon Falls right? Nice and awesome review!
Good eye! 🤗
Not only finger prints, when at night or u focus on the light place you totally see the shadow .
Can u please tell me if the ultra bounce case the one you have does the camera lens protector come off ???
It’s built in 👍🏼
U can pop off the lens protector. A casetify crew showed me how to do it. So much better with it off!
My order is already shipped but not yet arrived, i regret I ordered the Ultra Bounce.. :/
Awww no, I’ve heard about this with Castify
A wonderful weekend with a Side of Tech ;)
Yessir! Thanks for always watching 🙏🏼

Idk, I mean why not? 🤷🏻♂️😂

Wallpaper bro?? By the way, very good review
Thank you! The wallpaper is from iWallpaper in the App Store 🤙🏼

Well, at least you were able to get the money back. Yeah this release isn’t it for $112 🤷🏻♂️

That case is for people that are on ladders or on roof tops all the time for work
Sounds about right!

I agree 👍🏼
What a supposed don’t have a honest review or you dunno how to test the production? Only test drop test .
No doubt it’s overpriced!
They have no right to be lol
