i just noticed that joker says "that's why i work alone, no one to spoil the punch line" just shows how much he's abusive to harley quinn and is just using her. he did that from the first moment he met her until probably the last. depends on the comic universe

Basically, Batman has seen the recording already, so when he hallucinates the flashback about Joker shooting Barbara, the writing on the wall is even more of an emotional gut punch since he is reminded of what happened to Jason as well as what happened to Barbara.
It says more about Batman's idea of Joker, as the only one of these that's actually the real Joker is the second one. While he did actually shoot Barbara, Batman didn't witness it, nor did he witness Joker's torture sessions with Jason, but Joker did record the murder of Jason, so Batman knows exactly how that played out, and he can't ever forget it.
