As broken as these characters are (nerf Cell's inifinite combo potential and he'd be perfect), props to the makers for not giving them 'get out of jail free' in the middle of damage crap like Superman and UI Goku.

Shin Akuma was a parry master in this battle! Just too bad he couldn’t counter Perfect Cell’s air infinite. But still was able to hold his own.
