    • @Livelifewithesther
      @Livelifewithesther  หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      I totally understand, dear, but what I would tell you is, try to speak what you want to see. I know it’s difficult but when you begin to speak what you want to see, you’ll see how easy it’ll get until delivery. for example when you wake up you speak to your body and tell your body, my body is meant to do this. I would do this. pray about it? You would see how easy it will be both labour and delivery and when your labour starts or even right now you begin to speak to your body and say my body is able, I will do this my labor will be short. all this is mostly about mindset. The more you think it is difficult the more difficult it gets but the more you begin to speak ease, the more you see that your body can handle it. I wish you a very easy and safe delivery.
